Function and characteristics:
1. Suitable for various kinds of tube-tube plate assembly method, such as flush, protruding, recessed tubes or welding behind the tube-plate.
2. PLC Program control system, operation simple, LCD touch screen human-machine interface, can stored up to 100 groups welding parameter, each group of welding standard can be divided into 1-16 segment, input simple, without professional basis and special language. All welding parameters fully can programmable.
3. Welding head compact structure, small volume. Using elastic positioning mandrel, three supporting frame, can circumferential, axial and radial adjusting, quick and accurate positioning, improved product quality!
4. Imported motor and transmission institutions make head movements more reliable. Automatic TIG welding process, can filler wire or without filler wire.
5. Water-cooled welding torch, capacity max to 400A. Avoid pipe head melts in flow, weld bead molded beauty.
6. Panasonic IGBT inverter control DC pulse power, guarantee high welding efficiency and strong arc stability, ensure welding process performance and good weld effect.
7. Compulsive water-cooling thermal control system, not affected by field hydraulic conditions such as restrictions, cooling fully, reliable convenient. Ensure welding machine can long time continuous work;
